RE: Fitness for First Responders
If you want to pass your career fitness test, rediscover the athleticism of your youth, develop this necessary athleticism in a timely fashion, or even if you just want to have the confidence day to day that you have the necessary fitness to excel in any situation your career throws at you, then this is the most important letter you'll read all year.
Here's why...
In today's information age, there is a TON of information out there, and it can be difficult to weed out the good info from the bullshit. From there, it can be even more difficult to discern from the good info what applies to you TODAY vs what might be a waste of time for you to focus on at the moment.
I have helped hundreds of clients pass their fitness testing, even after they've failed it multiple times in the past.
“My body is in the best shape it's ever been, I FEEL strong mentally and physically and I feel confident in the workouts I do each day. Brandon and his team truly touch on every single component needed for success and tailor it for each individual. If I ever had a need I was able to communicate immediately with a team member to get help. I have been through sooo many health and fitness services in my lifetime and I have never had such a thoughtful and kind experience with such KICKASS results. I will continue to use these tools for the rest of my life and that is priceless.”
Brandalynn Lopa, Firefighter
Here's how and why I can make you this promise...
My name is Brandon Robb and I am a Personal Trainer who specializes in performance training for Athletes & First Responders.
I've helped hundreds of first responders over the years not only pass their career fitness testing requirements - but in many cases exceed their respective standards, often landing in the top of their class, sometimes in the span of just 12 weeks.
My goal is to give you everything you need to dominate your fitness testing and prepare you to perform your best when you're on the job.
Testimonials from our past and current athletes

The risk for many is that every day that goes by without purposeful action towards bettering their performance is further putting their ability to pass a fitness test in jeopardy... or worse yet, exposing themselves and their team to greater risk in the field.
The sad reality is that, nearly worldwide, fitness testing standards are relatively low in comparison with what can be experienced on the job. And yet, I run into First Responders constantly that fear they cannot even meet this initial standard – many of them are correct in this assumption. And across the board nearly ALL First Responders see a drop in their fitness and ability AFTER they start the job as there are very few organizations that require maintenance of fitness abilities, and fewer still who put penalties in place for failing this standard.
In fact, the National Strength And Conditioning Association regularly puts out a publication (TSAC Report) where in 2017, Joseph Dulla published an article that dives into factors that negatively impact First Responder and Military Recruit readiness. He cites the overall increase in national obesity rates and the decline of multi-sport activities in youth in favor of sport specialization at a young age as being contributing factors. This not only results in poor performance in fitness testing, but also brings about a myriad of preventable overuse injuries. He also cites that a 2013-2014 report from the CDC indicates that in the US, over 78% of the population over the age of 20 years old was overweight, obese or extremely obese. It is assumed that since 2014, this number has only gotten worse – and the First Responder population are not outside of this statistic.
Therefore, my mission is to help break the trend and set a new standard for fitness within these occupations. I have worked for years with hundreds of clients from all over the US, Canada, Europe and Australia helping First Responders and recruits increase their fitness and athleticism. I consider First Responders to be professional athletes – in that you are paid (in most cases) to perform a job that is highly physical in nature, which requires a certain level of strength, mobility, endurance, balance and control. However, unlike professional athletes, First Responders and Tactical Athletes don’t get quite the same level of support from a professional standpoint.
Which is why I started the Tactical Athlete Performance Pursuit – a coaching program to provide First Responders with the tools, coaching and support that is often not easily accessed within these occupations.
