Live YOUR Own "Hero's Journey"
One of the oldest tales of time is the Hero's Journey, a formula that repeats itself in movies, books, and even day-to-day life for professionals, first responders, and athletes alike.
In it, the hero is called to action, and after first ignoring the call, decides to embark on the journey towards realizing their potential - or their destiny, if you will. There is challenges, obstacles and resistance to them realizing this potential, but through the help of their mentor/guide, as well as their determination, they come out the other side stronger, more resilient, and ready to face any future challenge that comes their way.
When it comes to your health, fitness, and performance, your coach is that guide, someone who is there to guide you and support you to realize your potential, regardless of what you're chasing. Be it a higher level of fitness in the field as a First Responder, better performance as a recreational or professional athlete, or simply the readiness to perform how and when you want to.
How The Individual Program Design Works
Step 1: Speak with a Coach
Book a time to speak with one of our coaches and we will discuss where you are today, where you want to be tomorrow and what has held you back in the past, and then discuss an action plan of what will help you reach the next level in your fitness and performance.
Step 2: Assessment
Assess, don't guess... Work with your coach on a series of movements and workouts, which will provide your coach with the information needed to craft YOUR customized plan, including training, nutrition, and lifestyle factors.
Step 3: Execute YOUR Plan
After your initial assessment, your coach will deliver your program and plan, which will help you progress week over week towards your goals. You will have ongoing communication with your coach, with a set weekly check in. This allows you to communicate things like travel, vacations, and other hurdles so that your coach can help you navigate around these obstacles and continue making progress towards your goals.
Step 4: Reassess & Repeat
Every 4 weeks you will have a 30-minute video meeting with your coach to assess your progress, identify any new goals, and build your plan for the following 4 weeks. This ensures you are able to continue progressing in the ways that are important to you, allows you and your coach to communicate in meaningful ways so that your plan is exactly that, YOUR plan that is 100% reflective of where you are at and where you want to go.
